basa8 Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between the basa8 platform and the user. By using any service provided through the basa8 website, mobile app or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

In this document, "platform" or "service" refers to all gaming activities operated through basa8, including casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games and any other type of gaming. "User" refers to any person who uses the service through a registered account.

basa8 reserves the right to change, amend or modify any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means the updated terms have been accepted.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on basa8 and use the service, a user must be at least 21 years old. If a user registers by providing a false age, their account will be closed immediately and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

Each user may open only one account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information regarding name, address, date of birth or mobile number will be treated as a serious violation of these terms.

After registration, basa8 may request a national identity card or other government-issued documents for identity verification (KYC). Some account features may be restricted until this verification is complete.

2.3 One Account Policy

Opening more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to be operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed, any bonuses earned will be cancelled, and existing balances will be settled after review.

3. Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

The user is fully responsible for the security of their own account. Login credentials should not be shared with any third party. Keep your password secure and we recommend changing it regularly. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the basa8 support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Information

If any personal details change (mobile number, email or address), the account information must be updated without delay. basa8 will not be responsible for any issues with withdrawals or communications resulting from outdated information.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

basa8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice for any reason — particularly where fraud, a breach of terms or unusual activity is suspected. Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on basa8 is ৳300. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other scheduled banks). Funds will be added to the account only after the deposit has been successfully confirmed.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails, the user can contact the 24/7 support team via live chat or email. We recommend keeping proof of transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at basa8, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus funds must be wagered ten times before they can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

5.2 Other Bonuses

basa8 regularly runs various promotional offers, including weekly deposit festival bonuses, special bonuses for slot games, cricket season bonuses, birthday rewards and referral rewards. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and terms, which are stated in the relevant offer details.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If a bonus is misused or an attempt is made to claim a bonus through multiple accounts, the bonus will be cancelled.
• basa8 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• Each bonus must be used within a specified period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• VIP members receive a special cashback benefit; this is not given as a bonus but is calculated based on net weekly losses.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Operation

All games available on basa8 are operated by third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player) rate. Game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fully impartial.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-round or displays an incorrect result due to a technical error, basa8 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. In cases where an unusually large win occurs due to a software error, basa8 reserves the right to void that amount.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the odds, rules and conditions for events are set by basa8. If a match or event is postponed, cancelled or changed, the settlement of that bet will follow basa8's own rules. For multi-bets, if one selection is voided it is removed from the combination and the odds are recalculated.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the basa8 platform:

• Engaging in any fraudulent, illegal or manipulative activity.
• Misusing the bonus system or attempting to gain undue advantage through bonus arbitrage.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
• Using automated software, bots or hacking tools to influence game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using the basa8 platform for money laundering from illegal sources.
• Providing any false, misleading or fraudulent information.

In the event of a violation of any of the above, basa8 may immediately close the account, hold the balance and take any necessary legal action.

8. Responsible Gaming Policy

basa8 treats gaming as a form of entertainment and encourages users to play responsibly. If a user feels that gambling is having a negative effect on their daily life or financial situation, they can request a temporary break or permanent closure of their account.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

basa8 uses SSL encryption and the highest security standards to keep users' personal information safe. Full details of how data is collected, stored and used are provided in the Privacy Policy. basa8 never sells users' personal information to third parties.

Information collected for registration and identity verification is used only for account management, fraud prevention and meeting legal obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

basa8 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. This includes losses caused by internet disconnection, technical errors, third-party software issues or any other external factors.

basa8's liability will be limited to a maximum of the amount deposited by the user in that specific transaction. If a user expects a win from a game round or bet but it cannot be determined due to a technical reason, basa8's decision will be considered final.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Filing a Complaint

If you have a dispute or complaint, first contact the 24/7 support team via live chat or email. Support is available in both Bengali and English. The support team generally tries to resolve complaints promptly.

11.2 Formal Disputes

If a dispute remains unresolved after initial support, the user may submit a formal complaint in writing. basa8 will try to provide a written response to that complaint within 7 working days. Alternative dispute resolution methods may also be considered with the agreement of both parties.

11.3 Final Decision

12. Changes to Terms and Termination

12.1 Right to Make Changes

basa8 may change these terms and conditions at any time. The version published on the website after any change will be the one in effect. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users by email or app notification.

12.2 Termination of Agreement

A user may exit this agreement at any time by closing their account. After account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal way following verification. Any pending wagering from bonuses and promotional offers will be considered void upon account closure.

12.3 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective. Partial unenforceability does not void the entire agreement.
